Although we’re proud of our roots as a 70-year-old laboratory, A&M Dental is more focused on keeping our operations as up to date as possible. Because of this, we’ve invested heavily in technology to ensure we’re always using the most advanced systems available to dental labs.
Using dual-camera, red laser technology, the D700 can scan both models and impressions, providing us with the flexibility to directly digitize conventional impressions without pouring a model. Accurate within 10 microns, its three-axis scanning capabilities can capture even small details and is effective on deep inlays and undercuts.
Zirkonzahn® S600 ARTI
With twin-camera structured-light scanner, the Zirkonzahn® S600 ARTI offers full 360-degree rotation of the model, allowing it accuracy that exceeds 10-micron precision on every scan. Able to scan all types of articulators, it provides an ideal platform to translate models to STL files.
Nobel Biocare® NobelProcera™ 2G
Scanning models with conoscopic holography technology, the NobelProcera™ 2G is able to scan for indications as varied as single-coping to full-arch and capture deep occlusal details that can give other scanners difficulty. With the capacity to scan directly from models or impressions, it offers flexibility few other scanners on the market can rival.
As one of the most advanced dental mills available, the Zirkonzahn® M5 provides 5+1 axis milling and orbit technology, allowing it to deliver the most detailed and esthetic occlusal details available on the market. With wet- and dry-mill capabilities, it’s able to bring digital precision to all materials.
Developed specifically to mill zirconia, Glidewell Laboratories’ BruxZir® mill provides four-axis dry milling capabilities. Also perfectly suited to mill wax and PMMA, the BruxZir® mill ensures all restorations emerge from our CAD system with all the detail and accuracy offered by our technicians.

To better accommodate practices with intraoral scanners as well as to provide us with the capability to easily create additional models without the need to pour them again, 3D printing’s additive sculpting technology provides the capability perfectly suited to modeling needs.
